2022 Annual Meeting Notice

The Annual Meeting of Island Green South Community Association

Will be Held Saturday, April 9, 2022, Starting at 11:00 A.M.

South Strand Recreation Center

9650 Scipio Lane

It is important that you attend this meeting and return your proxy in order to transact the business of our association. Several matters essential to our Community must be addressed at the annual meeting. We will also be electing four (4) members to the Board of Directors, who have the duty and responsibility of handling the business of the Association. Your proxy will be returned to you if you attend the meeting and vote in person. If you do not attend, your proxy designee will receive the form to vote in your stead. The Secretary will be assigned to vote in your place in the event that your proxy is not received, or you have not named a proxy designee, and you do not attend in person.

The Board has approved a $100 prize to be awarded for one proxy drawn from all those received before April 2, 2022.

Please complete the proxy form and return it to the Election Committee in the enclosed envelope. You can also scan and email it to islandgreensouth@gmail.com. A copy of the proxy form is also available for download:

There are three (4) open seats to be voted on and filled at our Annual Meeting.

The Nominating Committee would like to place the individuals named below on the slate for election to the board of Directors:

As always, nominations will be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting. You may also nominate yourself or another person through your Proxy Form. If you nominate someone, please make sure that person desires to serve on the Board. Please consider serving on our board.
