MEMO – MONTHLY DUES

The Island Green South Board of Directors has passed the 2023 budget which includes a small increase in the monthly dues. Beginning January 1, 2023, the homeowner’s association dues will be $98.50. We have had substantial increases in all of our major expenses, with the largest increases in cable and trash collection. Cable alone has increased more than $14.00 per door since our last dues increase. We have cut other expenditures where possible, but find this increase necessary in order to meet regular expenses and keep our reserve account available for planned future capital improvements and emergency projects.

Please make necessary changes to your online banking platform if you use that method to send automatic monthly payments. Also, please change the address for mailing your payments to:

This address is for our box at the cluster box mail center. The drop box is also still available in front of 1159 Ganton Way.
